Become an Advocate volunteer for ReTA
RETA (Reason Enough To Act) looking for several Male and Females volunteers to serve at the RETA office and on our Mobile unit as Advocates. The mobile currently travels to South Bend, Mishawaka, and different locations in Elkhart county. The need is for a full day (about 8hrs.) commitment weekly or bi-weekly (every two weeks).
Advocates must be pro-life followers of Jesus.
The Advocate's role is to greet each client that comes to the RETA Mobile or in medical waiting at our office
They help with intake forms (paper and digitally) on an iPad
Help clean the bathroom after client use & take out trash etc.
Males Advocates work with male clients to help them feel comfortable, go over discussion questions, and pray with clients that are interested.
Female Advocates work with female clients to help them feel comfortable, go over discussion questions, observe Ultrasounds, and pray with clients that are interested.
Candidates will need to fill out a volunteer application. All Advocates will be trained.

Volunteer for Family Store Host
General Responsibilities:
Complete the volunteer application and permission for criminal history check.
Agree to RETA’s Statement of Faith and Confidentiality Policy.
Complete training conducted by the Client Services Director.
Maintain the Family Store by stocking and refilling.
Check out clients from the Family Store and enter purchases in Ekyros.
Complete scheduled hours
Qualifications:
Maintain a solid relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Possess excellent listening and communication skills.
Maintain a solid commitment to pro-life and responsible sexual values.
Possess a strong motivation to serve others in distress, in a loving, caring and non-judgmental manner.
