What Love Is - 1, 2, 3 John by Kelly Minter

The letters of 1, 2, & 3 John were written to encourage believers of Jesus to remain faithful to the truth. Believers are challenged to look at contrasting themes such as walking in the light instead of darkness, truth versus lies and deception, loving God more than loving the world, and the meaning of true fellowship and community rather than shallowness. This study reveals not only the heart of John but also the heart of Jesus.

The Next Generation is a ministry specifically designed for young married couples in their 20's and 30's. Throughout the year, the group plans activities including:

A Spring marriage retreat – 2 day overnight retreat

A Summer Couples Get-together – Usually a cookout for couples only

A Fall Family Harvest Party – A harvest party for the whole family

    Additional activities at our discretion

  • Woodland Trails Prediction Run

If you love outdoor recreation and opportunities to reach out to our community, you'll want to check out this summer's Woodland Trails Prediction Runs. Every Thursday evening from 6 pm - 7:30 in June and July (with the exception of July 5), a group will be hosting "prediction runs" on the wooded trails on FBC's property. It's an outreach opportunity to reach out to people in our community by interacting with them before, during, and after the runs in order to spread the good news of our Lord. If you'd like to volunteer to clean trails, help with registration and results, or participate in the prediction runs, your involvement would be valued!! For any questions, contact Peter Canaletto
